It took six months for the body shop to complete work, then we found areas of the car that were not done or correct. We have an appointment today to have them reevaluate our concerns. I have used Team auto body in the past and they did exceptional work but totally unhappy with this experience

TEAM always makes your car look BRAND NEW even after a rear end collision. The office staff is exceptional in keeping you constantly updated with each progression. When we picked up the vehicle it looked fine, but when we went home, we discovered items underneath the clear coat. They took us back in the SAME DAY and sanded out 4 spots and reapplied clear coat. I really appreciate them admitting a fault and fixing it so quickly. Our vehicle is once again perfect and only TEAM is capable of such work. I recommend them to everyone.
