TEAM always makes your car look BRAND NEW even after a rear end collision. The office staff is exceptional in keeping you constantly updated with each progression. When we picked up the vehicle it looked fine, but when we went home, we discovered items underneath the clear coat. They took us back in the SAME DAY and sanded out 4 spots and reapplied clear coat. I really appreciate them admitting a fault and fixing it so quickly. Our vehicle is once again perfect and only TEAM is capable of such work. I recommend them to everyone.

The seat belt was improperly installed so it's very difficult to get it on and then it's so tight that the person wearing it can not move. It's the front passenger's seat belt. At first I thought it might need time for it to loosen and be easier to install. But after the first time being in that seat it was obvious that it would need repaired.

I would have appreciated updates in layman's terms when I called and asked an approximate time frame of when the repairs would be completed. Being told it was in one phase etc etc didn't really tell me if it had been repaired or painted or almost ready for pickup. So I didn't have my check book with me at work the day I was notified it was ready to be picked up.

I confirmed before dropping off my car on Jan. 13 that they were ready to immediately begin working on my car. 2.5 weeks later I learned they had not yet started. As a result, the car was not completed until February 12.
