I had my truck serviced there and I had to get a rental car for a week. When the job was completed I went to Team Automotive and picked the truck up. They noticed that the rental car I was driving had a flat tire. The employee in the service department put air in the tire so it was safe for me to drive it back to the rental car place. I thought that was very thoughtful of them to assist me.

The repair job itself I guess was good. That lack of communication and quality of service awful. No reason at all I should have had to wait from February to October to get it fixed. Had I not called it still wouldn’t be fixed. They said they’ve had the part there for a while.
