My appraisal value was not even close to the actual value of my car. I was never giving a exact number of the value of my car, through out the whole process. I discussed the damage amount of my car several tiimes with several employees of Team and told them several times that the amount of damage to my car, should of totaled my car. They never did total it and spent over the 75% value of my vehicle. Never any updates of the work being done or when it would be finished. It took over 3 months to do the work and its still not right.

They had my automobile for 5 extra days. There were additional repairs needed they did not inform my wife and I about. When asked if the car could be picked up. I was told it would take two more days. When my wife called ahe was told the car was ready and could be picked up.
