What I was told would be buffed out was not. I got a new side view mirror that was scratched. There was white over spray all over my black car. The manager screamed at my mother and I arguing over the quality of work in front of employees and other customers.

The manager tried to blame the white overspray that got on my car on me, asking where I park my car. She was very disrespectful to my mother and I, at one point screaming at me. Furthermore, there was an additional repair needed on my car. It was not caused by hitting the deer, which was why I was having my car repaired, however I think it's unprofessional that the shop didn't notify me there was another repair needed. Also, I was told it would be a 4 day job, my car was in the garage for 10 business days and I was never once given an update. Every time I made there initiative to call, I was just told it'd be done by the end of the day then it wouldn't be done when I called back and I couldn't ever get a definitive reason why.
