Underneath the bumper, the rubber was scratched, and the part was sticking out. Cory had to order a new part so that is coming in. It took a long time so I’m not happy with the quantity of days it took for only 10 hours of service. If the parts were not in The team should’ve called me when the parts came in and then I would’ve taken my car in for probably 2 to 3 days instead of three weeks.

My experience with team forward was nothing short of amazing. They always kept me in the loop when things were happening with my car. They were very understanding about the lack of correspondence with state farm insurance company. They were very helpful with everything that I needed as far as paperwork and things like that.
