The job was corrected, thanks to Yudi who was great thru the entire process. But the shop anctually working on it couldn’t even match the paint correctly at first, and it was a small job in a limited area. Buffing compound was left in many places with the shop not even concerned to clean it up beforehand, including on my tire, wheel wells, in all cracks and the gas tank door. And mud all over my car in the cargo area, and in the front seat and cabin area. Yudi was awesome with the insurance company and helped clean up the car beforehand.

Great communication through their text messaging updates throughout the process of repairs! Addie provided prompt assistance getting Statefarm to work quickly. At pickup, Sean Kachornvanich was unbelievably knowledgeable with the repairs inside and out for my Subaru Forester! He genuinely gave us advice and resources that I have never received from a dealership. As a technician and human being, Sean went above and beyond providing superb customer service!
