The repair was ok. I just came back from an oil change where they found evidence rodents had nested in my engine. They are no longer there at time of discovery, only the nest remains. The only time my car has remained idle was for the weeks it sat at the shop for repairs

I would like to thank Abby Ward and the entire shop team for their excellent service. The work was completed promptly, and everyone was professional, courteous, and communicative throughout the process, keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. I would also like to extend my thanks to Miguel Montes for reviewing the wheel alignment and completing the oil change after the repairs, which saved me the trouble of having to return for that service later. Overall, I am very impressed with the team and truly appreciate their attention to detail and customer care.

At the Collision Repair Shop each person I came into contact with was very helpful and kept me in the know! The last person on Saturday when I picked up my car was so helpful! With explaining information on the printout receipts! He left out nothing!

The only reason I would not recommend would be for the fact that there are not loaners given to customers. I know that may not be Gillian’s policy but if a customer got into a wreck and it wasn’t their fault, it should be reviewed especially in my situation I did not have renters insurance and the car is still owned by the dealership becuase it’s a lease.

The team gillman representative were very nice and informative. I'm not happy with the paint and the assembly of parts. They left trim for the door on the passenger seat I thought it was just a piece they replaced but realized it is actually the piece missing from the passenger side door.
