I’m not completely satisfied because: 1) My vehicle repairs completion exceeded the time promised. 2) Even though I brought my vehicle to Team Gillman for repairs, It appears your representative was working for my Insurance instead of my interests which I found disturbing. 3) My experience during the time my vehicle was being repaired needs improvement to say the least. 4) The customer experience I received during my purchase of the vehicle led me to travel from the Westside to the Northside for repairs. However, the quality of service I received from the collision center was not satisfactory given what I have come to expect from Team Gillman Dealership. Now, I need to reconsider whether it is worth my while to continue making the trip from Westside to the Northside for services.

Excellent paint repair work on my 2020 Toyota Camry. The attention to detail was outstanding and turnaround time was great. I’m extremely impressed with the paint repair. The paint match is spot on and the finish is smooth and clean—my car looks brand new again. The overall finish exceeded my expectations. The staff was honest, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. It’s rare to find a body shop that delivers this level of quality and attention to detail. Gillman Collision Center did a great job on the collision repairs to my car. I am very, very satisfied with all the work they did. The insurance company held up the repairs some, which was unfortunate but Gillman did a great job otherwise. Rodney.
