Our trouble wasn't really with Gillman but with the rental car company associated with Gillman. Our rental car experience was terrible. Other than taking a little longer than first estimated, our Gillman body shop experience was good.

I'm always very happy with Subaru service!! I was just getting off work waiting on Enterprise to come pick me up (Enterprise was late after reassuring me they would be there waiting on me????) I was exhausted after working 12 hours and could not possibly stay awake any longer!! Your employee gave me a ride in her own vehicle. I was very grateful. I know she did not have to do this but it was amazing for her to ask me and then happily take me there. Your staff is always wonderful and I have owned an 1998, 2009 and 2015 Subaru Outback and will never let anyone else service my vehicle. Thanks to all the front staff girls, Arren, and the old man that was kind and looked at my son with adoration today. I love you guys!
