I was told I would be able to have a loaner car by Julie when we scheduled the appointment in December, the day before I was to bring my car in she called and said she didn't have a loaner and I could bring my car in the next day and she would have one, unfortunately I had to work on the 8th. My husband followed me over on the night of the 6th and we dropped my car off instead of my being able to do it on the 7th as I wouldn't have a way home. However I had to walk to work for 6 days because I had no loaner. Also, when she talked to me about the loaner car situation on the 6th I asked all my parts were in she said yes, so I asked when my car would be done and she said Friday the 10th, and of course it wasn't ready, it was not done until Tuesday the 14th, so when I got out of work I had to get over to pick it up. On the plus side Adam was willing to wait for us as it was going to be close to the closing time.
