The Body Shop Manager was very professional and helpful in surveying Hail Damage on my new car. Also, he showed much expertise in scheduling a worker to Repair it. The guy who did the Repairs on my SUV was very skilled and timely. Great Job by ALL!!!

I had to take off early from work not once but twice because the body shop couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs correctly the first time. The second time we waited almost an hour so they could make adjustments to their still incorrect work. Now I have been driving around for the last week with three dents in my car that were not there previous to drop off with the promise that the body shop was going to send the pointless dent repair to my home to fix and have yet to hear from him for scheduling this service.

I feel like they could have done a better job with getting the parts and when we pick it up Jase said that it had been driven but when we left a lot of lights come on the dash and we had to return it to let the technician look at it again. The technician named Travis did a excellent job at explaining things about the work that was done. We will be returning the vehicle because the body work and paint has to be fixed!!!! Probably the last time we will be at Chevy of Gadsden which is bad because we were looking at trading for a truck but not now.
