Overall I had a great experience. I know that it wasn’t perfect but the cleaner car and the costumer service from the gentleman that gave us the quote, went a very long way in costumer recovery. Because we had to return 2 more times

The gentleman handling the claim was very professional and informative, he went over and above to help us get the car repairs done. Showing my husband an area that was bubbling paint and suggested we check for the warranty and they would fix that at the same time. It was and they did. That impressed me the most.
