Everything was emasculate, paint was done perfectly and body work was stunning, you can’t even tell it was in a collision, and we sincerely appreciate the detail that was done, every went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate it

As much as I would like to give this a 10, if my husband wasn’t so handy/resourceful with cars, We would’ve driven the vehicle with a very non-secure bumper… And probably would have lost it at some point, or damage it further, by driving it on the interstate with it being that loose.

The people that I spoke with were all very nice, however when we started to drive the vehicle to Bloomington to return it to my daughter… The back bumper was loose and catching wind from driving it. It was making quite a bit of noise. Luckily, my husband is pretty handy and he was able to tighten all the nuts by hand… Because they were very loose and he put in some plastic pins to reinforce The bumper. There were pin holes, without any plastic reinforcement when we picked up the vehicle. Maybe they weren’t there when we dropped it off, maybe they were removed or damaged because of the wreck, But either way that was disappointing that that was not caught before we picked up our vehicle.

The day we went in for our estimate, I felt like we maybe were bothering the personnel. But once we had the repairs in motion and the insurance company was taken care of the repairs, the personnel were all very helpful and very nice to work with.

Had my 2017 Dodge Durango in to have hail damage fixed on it. Everything went smooth and was done before the scheduled deadline. After picking up my vehicle and getting home and looking it over I realized that the 2 windows on the passenger side are scratched from the B pillars being replaced. Have paint chips in multiple spots on the vehicle that was filled in with a paint marker. Has a spot on the new hood where there is a bubble in the paint. Noticed scratches in the paint that wasn’t there before it got worked performed on my vehicle.

Most of the work was performed exceptionally well. There were a few issues with my vehicle that need to be repaired. The passenger side windows on the front doors were both scratched when the B pillars were replaced. The were a couple of spots on the front bumper that the paint was chipped or missing from it being removed and reinstalled. The was a paint chip on the drivers side pillar by the front windshield that got missed when the hail damage sent was popped out. Also there were a few spots on the top of the car where the paint was missing and cracked from where the hail dents were popped out that was missed on the final inspection before I picked up my vehicle. Ha to take it back to have other things repaired that weren’t initially supposed to be repaired.
