I have always heard great things about Ted Brown's. It was an easy decision to go there. My repair had a quick turn around and looked great. Hopefully, I won't need a body shop again, but if I do, I will most definitely return!

There was a door ding on the door that got painted. I know it probably wasn’t from the accident but if you’re going to the trouble of painting the door how much effort would it take to fix the ding. I would have even paid for the small amount of labor but nobody brought it to my attention. That being said, its an older car and its not that big of a deal. Overall the repair work looks good it just seems like you would take that extra step. Overall I am satisfied with the work.

Nothing that needs to be addressed. Just disappointed that the paint on the thin edge of the tailgate where it rubbed when put up and down on the fender didn't get painted and the top rail down by the tailgate won't stay down now that it's been reattached. But everything else looks fantastic. It's all minor things but my son is very detailed and noticed those things. Overall we are happy. Thank you and have a good 4th.
