This is hard to really quantify due to the circumstances between the dealer and Ted Brown’s. I’ve never had a vehicle just sit and wait for a part that was never coming. The office staff was helpful, but I found myself talking to dealer service people about things I had no idea about. I’m not sure what could have been different. It was a very odd situation.

Excellent job. Even detailed the car after bumper work. I had a license plate in my back window because the screws had been rusted out and broke. They even drilled them out and put my plate on! They go the extra mile and i will continue to utilize ted browns when the next unfortunate accident occurs.
