Texarkana Auto Body Works has been a family-owned business for over 70 years! The shop was opened in 1945 by Mack Thomas Sr. and moved from our first location on Spruce St and expanded into the current location at 3535 New Boston Road. As an I-CAR Gold certified shop, we strive to remain a technologically advanced collision repair facility. We are a Ford, Honda, Nissan, FCA and Hyundai certified repair facility. At Texarkana Auto Body Works, we are constantly working to make things more streamlined for our customers, assisting with insurance claims and repair process questions while providing excellent, skilled repairs.

Needing work on your body is never really something you look forward to. Therefore you need the right hospital and the right surgeon. It's exactly the same when your automobile needs attention. You are looking for a trusted and well established staff to do the body work. We've used Texarkana Auto Body Works several times over the years and they have fixed us up as new, which would be nice with the other body, but not possible. You don't stay in business for 70 years without being good at what you do. Great experience. They updated me daily on the work with details of the repair stage. Kinda like the nurse reporting to the family when a loved one is under the knife! I don't want any more body work in the future, but if it's my car or truck it will be taken to the clinic located at 3535 New Boston Road!

The service was great. They provided at least 2 updates per week in the status of my vehicle repairs. After completion they have been reaching out to make sure everything is looking and working as it should. Highly recommend!

The women who gave us was very professional and explained in great detail what needed to be done. We did 3 estimates done and felt you were the most professional and knowledgeable. She got our business for you. The car looks as beautiful as she was before the gentleman backed into her.

The staff in the office was very polite, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They even offered me a loaner car while my vehicle was being detailed, which I greatly appreciated. Although there was a delay in completing the repair, it was due to a nationwide parts backorder and was completely outside of the company’s control. Once everything was finished, my car looked amazing. I am very satisfied with the quality of the repair and the excellent customer service I received.
