Texarkana Auto Body Works has been a family-owned business for over 70 years! The shop was opened in 1945 by Mack Thomas Sr. and moved from our first location on Spruce St and expanded into the current location at 3535 New Boston Road. As an I-CAR Gold certified shop, we strive to remain a technologically advanced collision repair facility. We are a Ford, Honda, Nissan, FCA and Hyundai certified repair facility. At Texarkana Auto Body Works, we are constantly working to make things more streamlined for our customers, assisting with insurance claims and repair process questions while providing excellent, skilled repairs.

The workmanship performed on the vehicle is excellent; however disappointed in the customer service. My vehicle was there almost two weeks for a minor repair.

Representative did not complete a thorough inspection when the vehicle was originally brought in, resulting in a delay to order addition parts. Once the additional parts were received we were given a completion date and it was extended every two days for an additional week.
