Door looks good and works but the clips for the switch bezel on the driver door were broken leaving the switch's unsecured to the door. I understand stand it's a 15 year old truck and the plastic is brittle but a heads up would of been nice. I already ordered the $11 part to fix it. The plastic trim on the driver's door also drags for about the last half inch of closing but the door still shuts and latches mostly smoothly in spite of the drag. Small issues I know but would of been nice to be told about them ahead of time versus just finding out when I picked up the truck. On a positive note the paint looks amazing and where the cab shell was dented in is extremely smooth and looks great.

Positive and friendly service when I was able to talk to them and when I dropped off the truck however there were a few times it was hard to get a hold of them and the number via Google would go to a voicemail box that was full

Great Ppl, Good skills in this profession, if you see a problem or mistake on their end, these ppl have no problem correcting them free of charge. Charles is a very honest guy and will go above the job at hand 👌 to have and satisfy the customer. The only thing that bothered me was the finishing times, prepare to have BIG patience with that. But I'm comfortable talking to Charles and Tammy, I will use their service again, refer ppl to them, and I'm satisfied.

Texas Precision did a great job with our repair. We all got caught up in the parts shortage debacle but none of us are to blame for that. Texas precision did a good job of keeping us informed and working hard to get these shortages resolved. Will likely go back to them if we have any future repair needs

Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle post repair, I discovered that the part in question was not put on properly, therefore I sat and waited as the part in question was put on properly. It's not too bad of a thing because TQC made it right, but unfortunately that means my overall satisfaction quality was diminished. Overall, good experience and great people. Thank you very much.
