My only suggestion would be to keep your customer more updated on the repairs. A percentage complete graph would be helpful. We tend to get nervous not knowing if our vehicle is being repaired.

They got my car in for repairs immediately. My car was done in a timely manner with only a small delay. They handled all the communications with my insurance. When I picked up my car it was shiney and clean on the inside and the outside.
