I appreciate being updated about the repair process and final completion date. The staff in the front office is very friendly and professional and the same can be said of the staff "behind the scene". The repair work done on my vehicle (after hitting a deer) is first class. Good job on repairs. Passenger side Mirrors don’t work properly. Can’t get upper mirror to adjust. Was no damage to passenger side mirrors. Don’t know how to explain. Maybe out of adjustment due to washing truck. Hmmmmm
