Anna was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience easier. She kept me informed and was super nice! Getting hit can be such a horrible experience but having someone help take care of the repairs parts and do it right was incredibly nice

Chad was great. The car ended up taking a little more time than originally estimated, but I felt that the communication through out the process was so good that it overshadowed the slight delay. He even worked on providing additional days for a rental vehicle to assist with the delay.

I am so thankful I was able to leave my vehicle in such great hands! From the moment I was greeted bright and early Monday morning, to the moment Anna handed me my keys back, I can tell this is a business that takes pride in their work and in their employees! Thank you for keeping me constantly updated throughout the process and for delivering my car cleaner than I left it! I was not expecting y’all to do a detail cleaning on the inside, but I sure am appreciative of it!

Piece to my driver’s door was glued on and fell off a couple days later, my car still isn’t breaking correctly possibly cv axil, car is drivable but not fully repaired
