Yhe whole experience was amazing. They were bery professional. Justin kept me updated on the processs and my car was complete exactly when he said it would be. The facility is really nice and clean. When I first came to Texas Collision Centers, I was honestly a bit skeptical and worried about the quality of the service, interactions and overall outcome of my car. I'd heard the horror stories and headaches of dealing with repair shops and braced for the worst. Throughout the frustrating and exhausting ordeal that was dealing with the party responsible for the damage on my car, Silverio Maffia and the whole crew at TCC were nothing but supportive, helpful, informative and upfront about everything. When there were changes to the services being done and problems with the responsible party paying their part of the damage, Silverio went above and beyond to search for solutions to help me out and have my car ready in a timely manner. When he brought out my car on pick up, it was absolutely spotless, just like new! The team that did the work on my car also did a fantastic job with replacing and repainting the necessary parts, and the damaged part looks like nothing ever happened. Everyone I spoke to at TCC in Carrollton was very professional, kind and eager to help, and I appreciate the patience and kindness with which I was treated. After this experience, I would without a doubt turn to them and Silverio again for any other collision repairs I may have in the future (although I hope to avoid any more incidents with my car.) I would also recommend them to any of my friends or family in need of collision repairs. Thanks again for everything, and I wish everyone there well!
