I truly enjoyed the experience I had here. Getting to an accident was unpleasant, but y’all made everything from that point forward very easy for me. My car was in the repair shop for a little over two weeks and during that time, I never felt stressed or out of the loop on what the status of my car was. The vehicle itself looks amazing now that I’ve picked it up. All the staff were so helpful and kind, but especially Jay, my service advisor. He did a did a great job addressing all my questions and concerns. On top of that, he took the time to explain to me the repair process, misc. rental car questions, and even offered many alternatives when I thought I wasn’t going to be able to pick up my car on time. Special shout out to him!
