Lady at the receptionist desk seemed annoyed that I was there. Seemed a bit disorganized , couldn't find me on the system and when she did she tried to collect an additional 1000 deductible.

The most awesome experience I’ve ever had to deal with at a collision center. I was greeted with smiles, and everything was taken care of. They had my rental brought there so I didn’t have to go through finding a ride or Uber. My car was done quickly and Ken kept me updated the whole time. Hands down this is the best place to go!
