The google reviews and rating of almost 5 stars spoke volume. The reviews definitely were real and true. The ease of setting the appointment online, to confirmation emails and text was definitely a great start. Then I spoke with Mrs. Lisa who was so professional, sweet and welcoming from the phone conversation to entering and leaving the building! She also made sure we had our rental ready in the parking lot. She’s definitely the right person to have at the front desk! My main man Robert is definitely the man to work with! Very knowledgeable, informative, professional and passionate about his job. He made the process so smooth and easy. I didn’t have to call for any updates or anything. He was on top of everything from START to END! The hospitality goes a long way and you guys definitely have that at Texas Collision Centers-Cedar Hill. It was such a relief to know we were in good hands. I’ll definitely refer others and will make this my home for any and all collision repairs going forward. Thank you for living up to your mission and actually valuing your customers. It’s rare to find nowadays. Looks like we have a brand new ride! Wonderful job Texas Collision Centers
