My Experience

They did not fix my car and kne reason may be because they are at fault for the damages. I was in a more serious a car accident a few months back and they had me believe that only my door was damaged and only fixed that door. So when this most recent accident happens, my steering messes up and they say it couldn’t be from that. It absolutely was. But it was obviously already damaged prior according to the scans you guys did from my first accident. It was the same issues according to your shop. I’m having to go to court for this .

Texas Collision Center has excellent customer service. In an environment on which customer service is handled by an AI Bot it was refreshing to deal with Lisa ( a real person) she was awesome. The staff kept us informed through the whole process. 5 stars in my opinion
