I was completely satisfied with my experience up until the day I picked up the car. My key was put on the driver's side wheel when it could've been put mutiple other places on the car. Besides that I have no complaints about the team at Loanstar collision. I appreciate then for what they do!!!

Only thing that I have to complain about was the situation with my key but that was not just Lonestars mistake but mine as well. Everything else was great and I'll definitely be using them again if I ever need to.

The car looks great. The only issue was the rear hatch wouldn't open but it was a fuse that had blown. My husband fixed it.

I asked them to look at some dents in the door, along with my claim, and let me know if paintless could improve them cheaply. Never heard a word. Never heard a word about progress either. It took longer than I was told it would and I had to call for each update, no one ever reached out to me. Finally, when the service was completed… the bumper doesn’t match. It’s quite a bit darker than the rest of the car. I was recommended to Lonestar by Tim Smith State Farm. I’ve recommended he stop recommending it.
