Although the hail damage was repaired, we did have other issues that occurred while at the shop. I had to take the suburban back to get the hood repainted because the paint had orange peel, and it looked really dull. In the attempt to match my paint it looks like the shop water sanded and buffedmy other paint on my suburban, causing it to fade out really bad to the point where my suburban will need to get repainted. The paint on the side of my suburban had shoe marks scuffs from where I guess they installed the roof. One of the scuffs actually put a small dent into my suburban that did not get repaired. My luggage rack railing was not installed properly and it’s loose and it looked like it got took off with a prybar, causing damage to it as well. The interior of my suburban was left really dirty which the shop did try to clean back up afterwards the next day by doing a detail the interior plastics on my suburban were scuffed up really bad on the rear interior sides by the rear hatch and there was a black blue left on the gray plastics and rear door plastic panel. How that happened I don’t know the headliner on my suburban looks like it got water damaged. It has yellow stains, running along the side almost looking like dried up pee stains, and the headliner was installed with dirty hands, which in the gray interior it shows out really bad that did not get cleaned. The sales representatives were very respectful and the lady was very helpful and tried to resolve the issues. Other than the issues with my suburban.

The customer service from the front of the house personnel was excellent. The repairs shop was horrible there is no reason why they should leave a customer’s vehicle in the shape they left mine.

The workers here have genuine care for your vehicles and you! They care about their work and what they represent. I only waited about two weeks for my vehicle. It would have been one week if I had all the parts I needed. Communication is great as well as quotes, I highly recommend them! They do both collision and mechanical as well!
