This is the only part I had problems with. The amount required to order the parts was paid but they were never ordered and would not have been until I showed up in person a week later where they confirmed that they "forgot to place the order." This made me miss a scheduled trip in my car. They also almost never answer phone calls anymore. From all this I exclude Ty, he was very kind and always tried to keep me updated.

Gilbert was a nice guy. But somewhere in the organization things stayed fouled up. It went this way: I brought the written appraisal to repair my company car, was told things were ok and they could get started on the car right away, i checked back in two weeks to be told nothing had been done on car and there was a disagreement with insurance co. on repair rates, to save time and get repairs started I immediately charged the amount of the disagreement on my personal card, checked back in a couple of weeks, was told they couldn't find parts in America after all, more delay, found all parts except one trim in Canada, another couple of weeks passed, was told agreement was reached with insurance company and would get my personal payment back, got a check for my payment back in a couple of weeks, finally was told car was ready but could not pick it up because there was a new disagreement with insurance company over a supplemental charge, again I personally charged the difference so that I could pick up my car, left with car, immediately found the windows in the doors replaced did not work properly, had to bring car back in a week to have fixed, finally got car back. But I had also asked for a separate price to replace the front bumper which was not due to the accident that caused the damage I came in for. I never got that estimate. Also, I got two new doors, but one had the same scratched handle from the old door. All in all, the whole experience was much less than satisfactory; but Gilbert was always polite.
