As for my experience with auto body shops I have encountered situations when there would be a problem with whatever you are concerned about and find excuses about why it couldn’t be done or why it wasn’t done instead of be reassuring to the customers and help at ease ur frustration. In other words like fitting a brick wall but not with Texland I have a to go place with any Repair’s in the future they do excellent work truly professional. No excuses only solutions ....Thank you Guy’s at TEXLAND 2 thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼

The work was done well but not perfect. I received my car after many many delays and conflicting completion dates. There is a horrible lack in communication amongst the employees of this shop. When I finally received my car back there was sticky residue in several spots which can only be explained as tape from where parts where covered up during paint. There is bright blue splatters on the driver side of my car that wasn’t painted along with buffed scratches down the entire side. They broke my windshield washer jet that attaches to the hood and just left it. The work that was done looks real good so far but the constant lack in communication that I experienced during the 52 days you were in possession of my car for hail damage along with the minor cosmetic details make it hard to know if you are a trustworthy shop. I will recommend your shop as your employees were very friendly and helpful but I will make sure to recommend they do not hold their breath on completion dates and that they thoroughly inspect the vehicle before they leave. Jerry & Jason were great and I appreciate all they did. Please do not contact me as I have taken care of everything else with my vehicle but I hope you take my feedback as a learning tool and work to correct these errors. Thank you.

Time to complete the work was way too long. The front passenger seat had a stain and indentations that have not come out.
