Due to the nature of the repairs, which was all paintless dent repair, I'm not doubtful that one of the repair tents located all over town could have done the same work

Upon delivery of vehicle (after waiting a month for an open date) I was initially told 4 days and 5 at the very longest, 21 days later is when I recieved my vehicle. I made several calls to check status during this period only to immediately get placed on hold and never getting to speak with anyone. The times I did get a response, I was told they would check on it, I was again placed on hold for several minutes(5-6) and the phone would send me to a message system.

Lack of communication! After waiting a month for an appointment - it took 6 weeks to complete job. Every time I called AND COUKD A TUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE, finishing was always put off til ‘next week’
