Quality of repair was good. Only a few small things such as it would have been nice to either have been notified that I don’t have a front plate bracket anymore or to still have one as well as the large smudge on my windshield that wasn’t there before be cleaned and removed. The actual body work fix was very good.

It took 2 extra days to repair our truck. 1st we called at the end of the day, around 4:45, on Wednesday when it was supposed to be completed and were told that the rings for the bumper had not arrived. No one called us! Then we waited all day Thursday for a call. When we called at almost 5:00 we were again told it wasn't ready and needed to be washed and to pick it up on Friday. Communication with the customer is poor.

I was completely happy with Thayer Chevrolet Body Shop's service...they repaired my car fast and on time! Also the work that was done is excellent. I appreciated all the communication also as my car was worked on. I knew exactly what was going on the whole time. Im glad I chose them for my car service! Will definitely highly recommend 😊
