The overall experience with the auto repair service was positive. The shop owner demonstrated a reasonable and understanding approach, prioritizing honesty and transparency in his dealings. He made an effort to minimize costs while ensuring that as much as possible could be salvaged and reused, which is particularly appreciated for those paying out of pocket. One of the challenges faced was the timeframe for completing the repairs. Both vehicles were in the shop simultaneously, and due to my husband’s work obligations out of town, there was a pressing need for the car to be returned more quickly than the repair timeline allowed. Despite the delays, we are grateful for the quality of service and the outcome of the repairs. We appreciate the professionalism of the staff, especially Ms. Amanda at the front reception, who maintained a sweet and patient demeanor throughout, regardless of the circumstances. We look forward to conducting business with the shop again in the future.
