Repairs were performed to my satisfaction. My only complaint is that I received e-mails after you had the car for about 5-6 weeks that indicated that the repairs were almost completed and I was waiting for a call from the shop to pick up the car. I was overjoyed when I saw the body shop call came in as I expected to be informed to come down pay the deductible and pick up the car. However the call was to inform me that repairs would take another 30 days as parts were not in. Needless to say I was disappointed and felt I was on a bit of a roller coaster ride,. It would have been better if my hopes had not been raised, only to have a big let down. But the wait was worth it. The body shop does excellent work.

The windshield was replaced and there is no wind noise but the glass wasn't cleaned and there is an oily film that is a struggle to remove.
