These folks were amazing. Not only did they do a superior job on my car, they communicated the timeline and stayed on task to the day. They kept me updated on the progress every couple of days. In addition, they went way above and beyond in helping me navigate insurance issues, renting a car and working with BMW associated shop to correct sensors after repair. These folks made my “hit and run” accident seem tolerable. I highly recommend the Bump Shop! They were truly amazing. My car looks brand new!
