The Coach Works is Lemhi and Custer counties' premier Auto Body Repair Shop. We are dedicated to repairing modern vehicles using state of the art equipment and training. Our equipment includes both Car-O-Liner and Spanesi measuring systems and unibody repair, state of the art squeeze type resistance welder, pressurized downdraft spraybooth with heat and accelerator dryers. Sixteen years ago we became the first shop in Idaho to be certified to spray Standox Stando Blue Waterbase Paint. We hold I-CAR GOLD certifications along with GM, FORD, FORD GLASS, KIA, HYUNDIA, FCA, and ASSURED PERFORMANCE. We work with all insurance companies and keep good working relationships with them. The team at Coach Works went above and beyond, from day one, in the customer service, mechanical repairs, auto body work, and more areas. I hit 2 deer in my Nissan Pathfinder and did a little damage to the front end and I immediately started having mechanical trouble too. Coach Works picked my car up with a tow truck, at my home in Challis, that's 60+ miles away from their shop.The team began diagnostics and repairs right away and kept me up to date on the progess and findings with my car on a very regular basis. The gal in the office worked with my auto insurance company directly, leaving me with less stress and no headaches during this unfortunate time. I could not be more PLEASED with care and service I received! I definitely recommend them if ever you find yourself in related situation as mine. Without hesitation! They do a spectacular job at the Coach Works. They were very quick to get me back on the road even though we had to wait several months to get replacement parts for my new truck. The job they did fixing my truck is flawless.
