The car was returned to me very dusty specially inside. Other centers use paper or plastic to cover seats and floor.

Although the car was delivered to the customer very dirty, which was a big disappointment to the customer, in all fairness to the management of the Collision Center, this body shop truly does great work in repairing vehicles involved in accidents and it's well known and respected by innumerable satisfied customers and insurance companies alike.

The car's damage repairs are good; however, the car was delivered to the customer with very dirty interior, ie, driver's floor mat full of dust, dashboard and steering wheel full of dust, left rear seat full of dust with traces of compound paste, gas cap door with heavy traces of compound paste, trunk dirty with traces of compound paste, new paint job and left rear wheel with traces of compound paste. Car was not truly cleaned to be delivered to the customer. This was clearly a "Sloppy Job".

The car was delivered to the customer very dirty on the inside, and that's an unacceptable and unprofessional customer service practice. The car should have been inspected by the body shop personnel, for any incomplete work, before being delivered to the customer. The customer has pictures of the car's interior and the repaired area to proof it's complaint beyond any reasonable doubt.

Definitely would recommend them in the future for friends and family .

They were very professional, informative, and knowledgeable of what they were going to repair . The service from the collision representative was very helpful and professional. I definitely give them a 10 . The repair was also great and fast .
