Took my car in for a dent and a scratch. When I came to pick up my car the front bumper was completely hanging off. Told them to fix and they “fixed” it with 2 zip ties which did not hold and the entire piece came off and was destroyed.

There was a chip on my car that was not there before. I was told that I would be getting new parts at time of pick up I was told the bumper was repaired not new. There were a few details that I believe could have been done better.
