The outside repairs are fine, but there is a vibration in the front end that was not there before. It feels like there is still loose metal that needs to be tightened

Took longer than expected due to issues with my car factory, however they did a good job of communicating the issue and dealing with the insurance company. Great experience! Highly recommend!

The did an excellent job. Perfect. However one thing I did not like was that Geico gave me an estimate of $656 and change and when I pick up the car the cost was $2,500 and change. I was never notified if the additional parts used and the reason for it, otherwise I would have not approve it, the shop went beyond what Geico originally authorized and although Geico probably authorized the additional parts, I, the car owner did not, so I end up paying more than anticipated and so did Geico. I found out when I went to pick up the car. I did not like this surprise at all so they will not be expecting more business for me in the future although as I said the work was very well done

Bodywork came out ok. They left my inside of the car really dirty and dusty with stains on the seats, door panels and inside of the roof with permanent stains. They broke a piece of the gear panel, failed to mention it and when I did they said they would order a new part for it and they still haven’t called me for the part they broke.
