I would give a score of 10 if I'm given a replacement wheel key locks for my missing key locks for my wheels. The shop should do a better job of keeping up with important items that belong in the car. Otherwise it would have been removed before leaving for repair but we could not get it because the trunk was crushed. Just being in an accident is stressful enough
