Our company has been in the collision repair business since 1982. We started out in a modest body shop in Massapequa, New York with the mindset that quality and service always come first. Currently, we own and operate 6 state-of-the-art collision repair centers. Four on Long Island and two in South Florida. Our commitment to excellence has helped us build relationships with more than 28 new car dealerships, all of the major insurance companies and thousands of drivers. We take great pride in our status as a dealer preferred collision repair center which means our certified repairs are considered the highest level of repair service available anywhere. The customer service was unprofessional, and the woman handling the customer service matter was rude and discourteous. Her behavior did not reflect the level of professionalism or respect that customers should expect. The interaction felt dismissive and poorly handled, which made the overall experience frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback can be taken seriously so that future customers receive more respectful and attentive service.

You forgot to put back in the bolts for connecting the bumper to frame. I secured both bolts

I'm not very happy because the car isn't in good condition. The muffler is broken, and the plastic cover underneath is torn. The rear part that covers the wheel is only partially installed; they added a piece but didn't put it on completely. The bumper wobbles; it's not properly fitted. It's a shame because my friend recommended you to me. I'm sorry if I was a bit intense at times, but it makes me feel so helpless, because sometimes people try to take advantage of you.
