Our company has been in the collision repair business since 1982. We started out in a modest body shop in Massapequa, New York with the mindset that quality and service always come first. Currently, we own and operate 6 state-of-the-art collision repair centers. Four on Long Island and two in South Florida. Our commitment to excellence has helped us build relationships with more than 28 new car dealerships, all of the major insurance companies and thousands of drivers. We take great pride in our status as a dealer preferred collision repair center which means our certified repairs are considered the highest level of repair service available anywhere. A job well done. They kept me up to date on what they were doing. They got me my car back in a 2 weeks. Even though I came early to receive my car, they already had it ready and all I had to do was the minor paper work. The staff was amazing and welcoming. They prepared me and advised me 9n what to do when I was getting an estimate. Most definitely will use them again. Highly recommend 👏

The workmanship seems fine. However numerous employees when entering the retail customer service room never had face masks on. Including on the weekend the receptionist with a dog , who never placed on a mask. So you know I care for my mom 90 and Aunt 87, who are at high risk. The owners and management must be more attentive to this matter during a pandemic. It's disrespectful to the customers not to have covering on as required by law.

If my car had no issues once I got it back then I would rate higher, but this is mainly bc there were issues with my vehicle right after the repair. After being involved in an accident and then having a rental for over a month, all you want is your car back like new. And that wasn't the case and that lowers my faith in this company and with trusting to refer them to someone else.

Car is having some electrical issues after the repair. It would of been great for the car to be repaired 100% with no issues once It is returned to the customer. Also, some other small things, like a chip on another door, and no detail cleaning after the repair and it took a very long time for the repair.

Great communication with the lady at the front desk. I had to reach out to check on the status of the vehicle after long time frame, but always received with respect and kindness. Company seems willing to assist with my concerns.
