Our company has been in the collision repair business since 1982. We started out in a modest body shop in Massapequa, New York with the mindset that quality and service always come first. Currently, we own and operate 6 state-of-the-art collision repair centers. Four on Long Island and two in South Florida. Our commitment to excellence has helped us build relationships with more than 28 new car dealerships, all of the major insurance companies and thousands of drivers. We take great pride in our status as a dealer preferred collision repair center which means our certified repairs are considered the highest level of repair service available anywhere. Lisa the adjuster /receptionist is wonderful amongst Junior that works in the office that I had to deal with. We had agreed what was going to get done ......he basically bullshit talk me and didn't look over on what had to get done. Didn't align the fender or the right side headlight I'm dissatisfied.

Over the past 10 years and 2 cars I unfortunately needed repairs several times but FORTUNATELY Collision Star was there each time. I love working with them. They understand that drivers want to get back into their vehicles as soon as possible and do eveything in their power to make that happen. Lisa, Curtis and the rest of the team there make what can be a shaky time, after having a car accident, move smoothly. They have even handled dealing with my insurance adjuster when he was giving me a hard time. Working together with a local rental agency Collision Star even helps you get into a temporary vehicle if needed. When I get my car back from them it always looks pristine. I highly recommend them to anyone.
