I have worked with The Finishing Touch several times over my past 8 years here. It is so refreshing to see a business that under promises and over delivers. The fact that you are a preferred vendor of USAA makes it even easier to work with you. I am single and dealing with things like car accidents can be tricky. You made it one of the most stress-free things ever. AND...my car is perfect. Thank you. And please tell the woman who is the office manager, again, I'm sorry I was snappy on the phone with her. She didn't deserve that. She is so professional and accommodating. Hats off to her and all of the staff there!

The paint matching was excellent and the extra mile they went to remove some scratches in addition to the body work was so appreciated. The car was immaculate when I got it back. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
