The car was returned with new parts but they were out of line and the check engine light was still on. I had to take it back.

The car was returned clean...but the work was not finished. I ended up having to take it back and I did not have a rental for the day. On the way home, there was a collision so now it's a total loss.

They should have looked at all the damage to begin with. If they had of the skid plate would have been fixed as well.

The things that got repaired are fine but not everything from the accident got fixed. That’s just not right. Especially when I have witnesses that will testify that my car wasn’t dragging anything before your driver rear ended my car by not paying attention to what he was doing.

They should have looked at the underneath of my car when I took it for the estimate for the initial damage inspection. As I told them that something was dragging underneath my car when I pulled back onto the road after getting hit by your driver. But he just said, “don’t worry, if we find anything else wrong when we get into fixing it, we will just let the insurance company know and they will take care of it. But they didn’t take care of it because after having to drive it with something dragging for a week it looked worse than when it initially happened. I asked your driver for his insurance information and he didn’t give it to me. The police officer didn’t give it to me either. He said that I had to wait a week for the report to come out. None of that was my fault. As far as I am concerned my car has not been fixed to the state it was before the accident happened. Safeco or Liberty Mutual still owes me a skid plate for the bottom of my car. They also owe me depreciation value for my car since I will never be able to sell it for it’s value since it’s been wrecked. I’m still waiting for that check. I’ve also taken screenshots of this survey.

They do great work!! I was talked to very badly by the owner! The adjuster was very nice and helpful. I don't think I would want to go back there again. There was no cause for him to talk to me the way he did. I had to tell him twice that he didn't have to talk to me that way. It was embarrassing and belittling to me. I've never been talked to that way at any business before. He don't need to be talking to any of his customers!!
