Joe was fabulous in taking care of getting my car repaired. When I was suddenly faced with damage to my car from a storm in the morning when I was leaving for work, my dealer sent me to Monroeville Dodge Body Shop and Joe took care of everything including getting me a car immediately so that I could go to work and he made all of the contacts with the rental car agency, my auto insurance, and my car dealorship, so that all that I had to do was drop my car off and pick it up when it was completed at the end. What a relief! And he even had my car detailed before they returned it to me. Thank you to everyone at Monroeville Dodge, and thanks so much Joe!! Monroeville Dodge will now be my go to place for any body work that needs to be done in the future.

I would’ve appreciated a better estimate on how long it would take to repair, and taking it back to get the camera calibrated meant two separate trips because I had to drop it off at the Dodge ram dealership so they could take it over to the Honda dealership then return it, although I had suggested I could just go straight to Honda. that also meant that I had to take out a second rental car
