There was an imprint on the tail gate that I had to point out that took a rubbing compound to take off, I also notice a drastic difference in the paint from the front bumper to the right fender, I was told that "someone" used the wrong paint on the fender, however the fender matched the rest of the car, but the bumper matched the other side??? I haven't been able to look closely at the rest of the car except for the small rust area that Lee said he would look at, when I picked up the car he said he didn't remember, no wonder it took you over a month to get to the repair when I dropped it off I specifically ask how busy you were, as I have another body shop that I normally use, but decided to leave it in your hands. There was some confusion as to the deductible which I had to follow up on.
