9 the job was nice and when I didn't have any heat they took care of it right away everyone was very nice and helpful even thought I was upset and didn't want to drive a new car for if something would happen I would feel terrible the only thing that upset me was the wheel on driver's side trying to say I hit a curb which I did not do I don't lie so my husband took so paint and touch it up it looks nice so thank you for all your patience and hard work to all that help me thank you Eileen brown

The Work was very good and the people that help me were very patient with me even thought I didn't want a new car to drive was so nervous as to don't let anything happen to this car and when I got the car back and brought it back next day they jump right on the problem the only thing I was upset about is that I was told that I hit a curve which I did not I don't lie I think it could have been the deers hood that scrape it so my husband put so paint on it and you can't even notice it thank you to everyone who was involved and al kiepert and staff and auto body people job well done even though it doesn't seem like the same car till it got hot by a deer so thanks

I was not given a Enterprise car rental I was given Thomas Courtesy car. I was quite disappointed in this car very small and low to the ground. I pay a higher rate to get a larger car

Al is wonderful, I can’t say enough. He drove me back home when my car wasn’t ready. He looked at the tires on my rental when I told him I had hydroplaned. He knew I was home alone with my son when my car was finished, and he brought me my car, took my rental back to Thomas and arranged for Enterprise to get my rental from them all so I had my car for the weekend and didn’t have to pay for the rental for extra days. 10/10 service for sure. And my car looks great.
