I was very upset with the time I was told it only takes 9 days and it took 5wks . I always had to call them to see what was going on and the secretary never would answer her phone or return calls . Never again will I go back not even to buy a car

Christy was ridiculously awesome. Taylor was very empathic when he shared the extent of damage. I simply wish I had more status updates on my vehicle since it was there for 2 months.
