It took over 2 months to have my car repaired from the time of estimate due to change in personnel. I was told by the previous personnel, when I called to inquire why I hadn’t heard from them, that he had forgotten about calling me. Present personnel was good to work with.

My car looks great. The wait time for an appointment was long ,but they repaired it in a week. I requested that the balance and alignment be checked and the tires rotated. I was told it would not be a problem, but it was not done.
